Efficient service

I submitted a claim on the 6th of January and received my claims card on the 16th of January. All in all it was a seamless process from claim submission to payout. Dylan Bossenger was my claims handler and very helpful in the process. He communicated clearly at each step of the process and responded quickly to any questions I had.
