Easy process, no cash pay-outs for single items

Claim process is relatively smooth, and insuring items is a breeze. However, when claiming, and they are not able to replace your item, they will give you a Takealot/iStore voucher, or a Claim Card, which makes that you can't replace the item yourself at the best available price (through my medical aid in my case), because you are limited to their partner vendors.
