Easy Claim Lodging Processes and Great team handling the claim

Firstly, I claimed for my windscreen and lodging a claim is made so effortless- you don’t spend a lot of airtime and sending emails that are not responded too. Naked Insurance in its app made claim process so easy and effortless.

Unfortunately, a drunk driver who after the accident ran away got into my vehicle and was damaged. I lodged a claim with Naked Insurance, again the claim process was so effortless. They called me and arranged for towing company that they approved in few seconds and my vehicle was towed away. I was asked if I need accommodation, transport etc but not I was close home.

Wenzile Ndlovu and JP van der Merwe have been handling my claim very well and efficiently. They keep updating me all the time. Wenzile Ndlovu organised a courtesy vehicle for me with ease and extended it. Their claim officer and Assessor Janine and Mark have been updating me too with their processes.

The premiums are affordable and they are very efficient and quick to respond even via emails. I am still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed but that anxiety of waiting has been partially erased by Naked Insurance team.
