My experience with Naked Insurance can be summed up in one word - Easy. Changing my existing insurance as well as signing up a car I’ve just bought has both been a very quick and pleasant experience. The chatbot Rose, as well as the customer service response very, very quickly and is always eager to resolve any bump along the way immediately.
