Easily the best insurance company I've ever used.

So far I haven't had to claim from Naked Insurance but it was an absolute breeze to get onboard with them and set up and their app is super simple to use. During lockdown I was constantly pausing my cover so that my premiums were lowered. I've also reached out a few times to their support team and got a response within hours. I'm confident that if I ever do need to claim, their service will be just as top notch as my experience has been thus far.
