Dylan was AMAZING!!

I was ****** at home and my insured laptop was ******. I gave Naked a call to let them know and to check what the process of claiming was. Dylan Venter was the gentleman who assisted me. After explaining what happened I was immediately presented with so much sympathy and support from Dylan! He walked me through the entire process of claiming, did absolutely everything he could to make the process speedy and seamless. Never once did he get annoyed at all my calls and emails. He updated me constantly. I submitted my claim on a Friday midday and I received my insurance claim voucher at 10am on the Tuesday, I am blown away by how quickly the claim happened. THANK YOU DYLAN!
