Driving an unrepaired car for a month... embarrassing, imagine being physically naked.

Safety Not First, delays prolonged, in hope that we just accept. I joined Naked less than a week before needing to claim, it was a reluctant one, as it was not my fault, so I wanted to go the third-party route, I know what a nightmare that is, so went my route — though no fault of my own. After 10+ years without claims, this experience has been nothing short of exhausting. Despite submitting all required information, I was told it wasn’t received. I physically went to FOUR repairers, including theirs, yet somehow this is still “not enough.” My insurer experience has been far from comforting. Safety cannot be compromised. Whether OEM parts are used or not, the repair must meet safety standards. I requested their assessment repot, to date, how not received it. I refuse to take my car to their appointed repairer, knowing the extent of damage may lead to a write off once stripped. I demand immediate settlement so I can proceed with a reputable repairer who values safety and responsibility. And once amounts are recovered from the other party, they must be offset from my profile — I will not accept being unfairly penalized at rerate stage. This is not on, enough is enough. #SafetyNotOptional #ClaimDelays #CustomerFrustration #InsuranceAccountability #HelloPeter #DoBetter

To add to this experience, the claims handler never initiated comms, it was always done from my side, and he had the nerve to call me and say he has been communicating..... absolute joke!

Got the automated reply...but not an email or phone call.... could you perhaps define what 'someone will be reaching out'' actually mean... maybe they will in months to come?
