Dragging their feet
It's 5 weeks now since a woman wrote off my stationary vehicle. It took Naked 3 weeks to do anything. They finally got round to inspecting the car and wrote it off. We agreed a value. Despite emailing and couriering documents and keys to them we even now await the money. Meanwhile the replacement car sits in the car showroom awaiting the final payment.
