Don't insure your devices with Naked

No more insuring a device with Naked. My claim got declined and their rationale is that the photos of the phone I insure are not of the same insured device. This is honestly ridiculous. I got my device covered on the 1st of April 2025,device got lost on the 7th of April 2025 and the device was bought on the 24th of March 2025 so the device was practically new. Upon my claim getting rejected, I am told that they are cancelling the policy on the 31st of March 2025. How ridiculous is this? Felt like I'm dreaming. My 2 weeks old iPhone 13 128gb that was insured, down the drain and funny thing is, I still have the original receipt and phone box. Piece of advice, don't insure your newly purchased devices with Naked, same as you are not insured, trust me.
