Don't go with Naked Insurance

Naked is cheap for a reason. I have had the most appalling service from them after TWO years being claim free. My TV was damaged, it was collected (after a week) to be assessed and was returned utterly useless, covered in cracks and splintered glass MISSING its power cable. Before the TV was collected it was perfectly usable if sporting cracks in the corner and lines across the picture. After 2 weeks of an 'internal investigation' Naked found their supplier - and themselves - free of any responsibility for further damaging my property and re-iterated that I would need to pay the excess, after I had said if the TV was returned to me I would settle the matter personally. This UTTER disregard (not to mention dismissive and rude communication from the brand) is not only disappointing but ********. As an insurance provider Naked literally has one job - to look after your personal property. This mess of a situation shows they will happily take your money for two years and further damage your property before declining to pay you out. Shocking - don't be fooled by them. I am moving my entire portfolio to another provider today. What a dismal outcome.

Hey there Emily, thanks for getting in touch. Our team has confirmed that we authorised a new TV for you but after the assessment, you requested that the original TV be returned instead. We did a thorough internal investigation into the service provider and found no evidence of increased damage on the TV. The service provider did offer to send you a new power cable so please get in touch with us if you'd like us to send it to you. Thanks!
