do not waste your time and money

I really wouldn't recommend using this insurance company. They are just awful when it comes to customer service and communication! They can't handle claims properly and never seem to have the right information on hand. It's like they're not even on the same page as their outsourced service providers. Trust me, it's not worth your money, effort, or time, especially in this economy.
