DO NOT USE NAKED INSURANCE

I insured my phone with Naked for R27 000. Naked was happy to debit my accounts for 8 months. However, when I claimed last week Wednesday after my phone was ****** my claim was rejected and I was told..."it is as if I was never covered because I did not upload my selfie". I admit, I forgot to upload the selfie. However, The last email I received from Naked about the selfie was on 30th Nov 2023 and stated "policy to be suspended tomorrow". My policy was not suspended and Naked continued to debit my account. During the claim process, they asked for old phone selfies which I forwarded to them, including my cellphone contract and monthly statements. Naked proceeded to unilaterally cancel my policy and remove all my phone policy documents from the app.

I am now sitting without a phone and debt to pay, Naked debited my account for months and now rejected my claim.
