Do not meat their obligation- Left stranded post claim even when all measures are in place

What started out well ended on such a sour note. So logging a claim was a seamless process and had all documentation submitted within 4 days of the accident to ensure that claim is attended to speedily. It took 3 weeks to approve my claim and for the most part I was the one following up :( and asking for an update. Jennika was always available and answered all my questions (Thank you for your patience and re-assurance). As I am typing this the finance house has still not been paid even though i signed all documentation on the day they were sent to me and I am told i need to return the courtesy car that i had as part of my contract and told they have fulfilled their obligation. How have you fulfilled your obligation when I had taken out a 30 days car hire and had been paying for it and the monies have not been paid. Why do you make clients select and pay for car hire days if you eventually dictate how long they can have the car for even if its within the agreed. Also they do not communicate before hand, because you will just sort out your life by then. What is the point of car hire then? Your post service is bad bad. How am I expected to buy a car in a day when you took 3 weeks to decide whether you are paying a claim or not.

The 1 star is for Jennika, otherwise the process is bad bad. I would not recommend Naked. Do not do it! You need a courtesy car while you figure out your life post a traumatic event, that is why i paid for it.
