DO NOT COVER WITH NAKED INSURANCE!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY CELLPHONE WAS ****** FROM MY CAR AND IT WAS NOT COVERED SIMPLY BECAUSE I COULD NOT PROVIDE CCTV FOOTAGE OF THE VEHICLE REMOTE JAMMING. I FOLLOWED ALL PROCEDURES INCLUDING BLACKLISTING THE DEVICE AND GETTING A CASE NUMBER.
R14,000 DOWN THE DRAIN JUST LIKE THAT! TERRIBLE INSURANCE! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS TO BE COVERED, I *DO NOT* RECCOMEND THIS INSURANCE!

Otherwise there is no way to know whether the car was locked or not. That's why, to consider a claim in the case of remote jamming, we have to ask for proof of remote jamming via CCTV footage.
