Do not choose Naked Insurance, they have too many delay tactics

I was involved in an accident on 03 Nov with a drunk driver who lost control of his vehicle in morning traffic, my vehicle was towed from scene.

Accident was reported in the app but Naked claim that there was an issue so I had to email them on 04 Nov with the details. Assessor was appointed on 04 Nov and would take 2 to 5 working days. I was asked for more information on 04 Nov which I had sent on 08 Nov because the completely digital insurer required me to draw a sketch of the accident and sign a form. On 09 Nov I received an email to say that the third party (who was drunk at the scene of the accident) had a different version of the incident and that it would take 10 working days for them to investigate. I emailed on 10 Nov to find out about the vehicle assessment (5 days from appointment of assessor) and was told that they cannot do anything until the investigation is complete. So far I've only been seeing delaying tactics from the Naked team.

I have a work colleague who is with Outsurance and has a small accident on 08 Nov, vehicle was towed away and the insurer has approved everything. The vehicle has been sent for repairs while I'm waiting for Naked Insurance to assess my vehicle which was in accident 5 days before his.
