Disgusting Communication

They NEVER read their emails fully so they never respond to your full query. They wrote my vehicle off and left me to keep paying an insurance premium for it. I have just cancelled my insurance and really wonder if they'll be refunding me as they already collected a debit for July. Naked insurance only fully benefits you if you live in JHB as they have no one in KZN to assess or repair cellphones at the ridiculously cheap quotes they themselves get which you could never get from a credible dealer in KZN. You also have to pay to courier your things to JHB from KZN and then they reimburse you (apparently, still waiting) 7 working days later!)
