Disappointing Experience with Naked Insurance

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Naked Insurance when trying to claim for my ****** laptop. Despite providing all required documents, including police reports, quotations, and detailed information, the process was unnecessarily dragged out.

After submitting everything, they still conducted an interview, and afterwards, they made unreasonable demands, such as:

- Car tracker reports (despite not claiming for a ****** vehicle) - Screenshots of phone calls - An interview with a friend

Due to their inefficient and frustrating process, I cancelled my claim and, consequently, all my other policies with Naked Insurance, including coverage for my Apple Watch, phone, MacBook.

The level of service I received was unacceptable, and I would caution others against insuring with Naked Insurance.
