Disappointed customer

I am deeply appalled by the negligence in the assessment process by both Naked Insurance and Dino's Autobody. I had an accident on December 9th, 2024, and as of today, no one seems to have any clear information regarding the status of my car. The lack of thoroughness from both parties in assessing the damage is extremely disappointing. How is it possible that the faults were not identified during the initial assessment?

Everything was supposed to be completed the week of February 3rd, yet I am now being told that my car isn’t starting. It was due to be ready this week, by February 17th, but now there’s another issue. If the impact of the accident was as severe as it seems, surely a more careful and informed decision should have been made.

I am at my wit's end, and all I have received are apologies and excuses from the Naked Insurance consultants and Dino's Autobody. This situation is completely unacceptable.
