Disappointed!😔
Naked Insurance did not care to assist when road side assistance was needed and while it is included in the policy. Instead they kept responding with automatic messages which do not offer the help that is actually needed. It is so disappointing that they are so quick to respond when they receive monthly premiums but not so quick or even available when the actual help is needed.
We have decided to sign up with another insurance provider due to lack of trust and confidence in this service.
