I am a big fan of app-based, digital-first solutions - especially for grudge purchases like insurance. Naked offers that, but also seems to be a great insurer, with fair pricing and solid support. Recently a support request of mine fell through the cracks as they sometimes do, but when the team came back to me they were so proactive and helpful that my annoyance over the initial short delay was lifted.
