Despicable lack of response from Naked

I took my car for repairs at Dent tech Randburg and upon collection they had damaged my car and it had to stay there another day after 2 weeks of already being there, I informed my insurance and they said they would investigate and get back to me and no one ever did. One of the items that had to be repaired was the control arm and when I was installing brake pads elsewhere the day after I collected the car the control arm was not replaced and was still the same. I have been emailing and calling since that day and no one has bothered to call me back. I have sent numerous emails and photos to prove this and all I ever get is an automated response. It is dangerous for me to be driving the car as Is and my insurance doesn’t seem to care.
