Delayed validation process

I submitted a claim on 1 Oct 2022 for my vehicle and submitted all documents requested from me as and when requested, without delay. I was told by a consultant that the validation process takes about 10 days to finalise. Today, 7 Nov 2022 my claim is still not finalised. So yea I am deeply disappointed with the service. No use asking them about progress because the answer is always the same - the validation team is finalising the report, shout if you need anything :).
