Definitely not losing the "Wait" - Really Bad Service
Naked Insurance doesn't take their new motto of "losing the wait" seriously. I have been insured for the last 25 years and never ever have had to wait for repairs for a vehicle this long. The accident was in April and 4 months later I still don't have my car back. They don't take customers seriously and really let their subcontractors and suppliers run rings around them. They do not hold their suppliers accountable and therefore no timelines are managed properly. They also commit to calling you back and don't stick to their commitments.

22 Oct 2024, 05:58Unfortunately, this is the dishonesty from Naked Insurance. They say they've been following up diligently which is so dishonest. We've had to send daily emails to get responses so it seems they are just a broken telephone in the middle to their suppliers. No attempt was made by Naked Insurance to actually check on the fact that a bonnet took 5 months to arrive. In today's times couriers can get goods over from Germany in two weeks but their partners tell them these stories and they simply relay them onto their customers. So you are left totally unprotected since they don't seem to have their customers interests at heart. All the while I have had to pay my insurance premiums for 7 months on a car that I have had no use on because Naked is still repairing it.
