Damaged phone claim treated like a car accident, so tedious! Having to be investigated! Disappointed in Naked Insurance!!

What a distasteful experience it has been making a claim for a damaged phone. The phone fell and broke the back cover, but everything else is still working, including the screen. Made a claim on the Naked Insurance app then a few days later I was contacted by an Investigator. A whole investigator for a cellphone damage claim. She made all sorts of tedious requests such as me having to go get a quotation for the damages, original MTN contract, monthly statements, where I was coming from when the phone fell, what time was it, where I had been before the phone fell, how many witnesses were there, etc. All of this just for a damaged device, the process is just the same as being in a car accident.
