Damaged phone

My phone accidentally damaged on the screen. I have submitted the claim, on the following working day, It was collected for a repair, They did the damage assessment and they unfortunately could not fix the phone. However, after a day I have received a new replacement phone. Thanks for the best service. I can recommend this insurance to friends and family
