Damaged Device (Samsung Z flip 4)

My phone had slipped and fallen on the floor, and the screen got damaged, so I made the claim and the had made arrangements for it to be collected to see if it will be fixed. But unfortunately after the damage/assessment report of my device, it had been deemed uneconomical to repair. So they have tendered for a replacement device. Which was what I didn't expect. I would like to give thanks to my consultant Sonia van der Spuy (Naked Insurance) she was prompt to respond to my emails and she also sent me feedback in a hurry. She is very efficient, friendly and has the best service.
