Customer Service Excellence

Naked Insurance is honestly such a fantastic company and their customer service agents are phenomenal. I recently had to change my address, which you can't just change on the app because the premium is calculated based on postal code, you have to cancel your current policy and re-apply, the problem here was that I had other specific items linked to the policy which I did not manually want to add again. Tamia Odayan helped me with this process seamlessly, and I was covered again in probably less than 2 hours from the start of the process. Thank You for your help Tamia, you are beyond amazing!
