Courtesy Car FAIL

Love the ease of which this company does insurance - all online and super communicative with excellent, competitive pricing. We've been curious to see what the claims process would turn out to be. Had a bumper bashing, and all going smoothly. JUST DON'T pay extra each month for what Naked terms a "medium" courtesy car expecting to get a medium-sized car. I thought we'd get something nice for a change, given we've been paying extra each month. All the "medium" refers to is that you'll get a choice between manual and automatic - some SUPER ambiguous and misleading wording on Naked's part there, and any complaint and request for a refund for all those months of extra payment for what I thought would be a medium-sized car has led me to a dead end after dead end. Quite a disappointment in an otherwise positive experience.
