Convenient & Efficient service

Naked is literally the BEST insurance company I’ve ever been with, they are going to be my go-to for everything (I’m yet to insure my contents and when I get car I’ll definitely insure it with them) I lost my phone in a taxi and claimed it with them, I haven’t even been insured with them for more than 3 months so I thought that might be a problem, but it wasn’t, once I sent the necessary documents they told me they got a replacement phone exactly as the one I lost, I however preferred a voucher so that I can upgrade to a different phone by topping up with my own savings, that wasn’t a problem either - they sent me a Takealot voucher. I’m so happy with their service, they are the best and once I have my new phone I’m going to insure it with them again!! Thank you for being the best in the game Naked!!
