Phindile Mathons was helpful on my claim and she has been communicating effectively also giving assurance. Claimed for my phone without too many hiccups however I feel like I was blindsided in terms of the constant reviewing of the cellphone value where you have to constantly adjust your pricing so that you are not underinsured or overinsured. My other concern is that despite them finding a replacement for your device although the value has dropped but they still charge you the excess of the initial amount you were covered for and the excess doesn't decrease which I feel like it is not fair, if the value of the item has dropped so should the excess, I wasn't happy about that.
