My car was bumped by a taxi driver and had to be taken in for repairs. Naked's core brand is doing everything online, from claims to changing your details, to insuring new items etc. Everything you can do on the app and let me tell you how efficient their service is. I uploaded pictures of the damage to my car on the app and an assessor reviewed the pictures for the claim to be accepted or declined. My claim was accepted and I took the car to a panel beater centre close to where I live and nearly a month later, my car was repaired. Mbali was the one who assisted me throughout the entire process. From getting me a rental vehicle, to me getting my car back. Outstanding service, Naked. And I can confidently say that I did in fact "lose wait". 10 out of 10.
