I’ve had two claims with Naked, each handled by a different consultant, and both experiences were honestly excellent.

My first claim was managed by Jarryd, who was professional, clear, and efficient throughout. The process was simple, and communication was solid from the start.

My second claim was handled by Teegan, and once again, the service was outstanding. She was patient and took the time to answer all my questions about the process.

What really stood out for me was the consistency. Different people, same high standard of service and transparency.
