Clarification Regarding Policy Coverage and Fund Deductions
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and seek clarification regarding my policy coverage and the deductions made from my account.
When I initially signed up for coverage, I was under the impression that I was fully covered, especially as payments were being deducted from my account regularly. However, it has now come to my attention that I may not have been covered at all, which is troubling.
I would like to understand why my policy was accepted initially, yet I was not informed that you would not be able to provide coverage. Had I known from the beginning that you were unable to cover me, I would have sought an alternative service provider. Instead, I was led to believe that I was covered, with regular deductions being made from my account.
Additionally, I am questioning the purpose of the deductions if I was never actually covered. Could you please clarify why these funds were taken, despite the fact that I was not covered as initially expected?
Moreover, I submitted the necessary documentation (box and slip) during the onboarding process. At that time, I was not informed that there were additional documents required for coverage determination. Why was this not communicated to me upfront? Had the required information been requested from the start, I would have understood the situation better and avoided any confusion.
I am seeking an explanation on why these issues were not addressed during the onboarding process and why I was not informed about the potential for non-coverage earlier.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt response to this matter and a clear explanation of how the situation will be resolved.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
