Clarification Issues

I had issues where naked said that the value of my phone didn't seem quite right and I was truly perturbed but I got on a call with their consultant called Sarah and she was extremely helpful in clarifying the issue as she mentioned that it was indead the value. She was so friendly, warm and comforting to talk to. Thoroughly enjoyed the call.
