Claims Process with Naked Insurance

I've been with Naked insurance for almost 2 years and had two claims with them. I must say what drawn me to them was their innovative operating model and low premiums, but I was always skeptical of what the claims process would be like. In both my interactions with their claims process I found the process very easy, their response to be quick, and communication to be regular. Overall I'm happy with their level of service
