Claims process the worst!!!!
I submitted a claim on the 3rd of February, today is the 17th and I still don't know what's what. All I ever hear is excuses why my claim is still pending.. I must say that it's not Naked that's not doing their job but the company that they've hired to do their validations. They deliberately drag claims I don't know for what good reason. There's no way a single (small) claim can take more than 2 weeks to resolve. It's nonsense!!!

We can confirm that the validation team is almost done with their report and we’ll be able to advise further on our side soon. Rest assured that we will keep following up with them and we’ll escalate the matter if necessary until we have that report in hand.

20 Feb 2023, 12:43The validator has confirmed that the report was submitted on the 18th (Saturday) and today is Monday the 20th, still nothing from Naked's side.. When will this actually be finalized? This is the 3rd week now, my life is at a stand still
