Claims at Naked Insurnace

So disappointed by my recent experience with the Insurnace. I had insurances my wedding ring. My ring (along with other items got ******) I logged my claim. I got notification that it was approved. Then a day later I got an email saying it’s not approved anymore and the would send an assessor for virtual interview. During the interview the assessor was more focused of the other items despite the item that was insured. They also interrogated my social media pages which I don’t understand how that comes into play some social media is not a true reflection of reality. The assessor did not even question the item that was insured but rather focused on items that don’t fall part of the insurance. The claim is still in review but it seems like the goal is to avoid covering my wedding ring.

Will do another review detailing the exact process including the verdict. I just surprised how my other items that were stollen affect my claim since they were not even insured.
