Claims approved minor setbacks

I recently had 2 Claims that i needed to resolve one of the claims were fully covered and another claim was covered about 50%, However the 50% claim is due to being under ensured and that i put on myself.

Im happy that it is resolved, and threfore i give naked a 4 out of 5 Rating.
