I was involved in an accident two weeks ago and have provided all the necessary information regarding the incident and the other party involved his license plate, car disc, drivers license etc. Despite this, the insurance company has been unable to locate the driver in question. I’ve received nothing but excuse after excuse, which is incredibly frustrating and disheartening especially considering the resources available to them they should be able to track down the driver or his insurer.

It’s extremely disappointing that such a basic task, like confirming the other driver’s insurance details, cannot be accomplished. This experience has made me lose all confidence in the company. The service I’ve received is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this insurer to anyone.

I’m simply waiting for the claim to be finalized so I can switch to another provider one that takes their responsibility to clients seriously because it's either someone at naked does not want to do they job or they just don't care about they customers we are paying for nothing.
