Claiming through Naked Insurance

My wife and I were in a motor vehicle accident that involved a taxi. The taxi was on the wrong side of traffic when it hit us. No surprises there! We reported the matter immediately to the nearest police station. The officer taking down our statement commented that they would have problems making head way due to the location of owner and false information provided by the driver. Needless to say we left there disillusioned. With no faith we would recover any monies to be spent as a result of the unjust encounter, we claimed anyway.

The vehicle was repaired within a week. Months passed. We had completely forgotten about the excess when out of the blue Naked Insurance sends an email informing us that they will reimburse the excess. They deposited the full amount.
