Claiming from NAKED INSURANCE is just 100% frustrating
Claiming process is really frustrating, and trying to get your excess reimbursed is a joke. It is beyond annoying to only be able to chat via email, and to constantly get another person dealing with your email, and having to explain the problem over and over. Friendly staff yes. Systems need LOTS of attention. Service matters.

Unfortunately, third-party claims usually take months or even years to complete as they are legal proceedings and involve the South African court system.
