Claim still not finalized - going on to 2.5 weeks

Submitted a claim on 23 Jan 2025. Naked arranged an assessor that could only come one week later on the 30 Jan 2025.

I was told the following " Please note that it usually takes between 2 - 5 working days to get the final report from the date of assessment."

I waited for the full 5 working days and then when I followed up I was told " We are currently waiting on sign-off from our management team at this time. The purpose of this is to help gain further clarification on the best way to proceed with the claim. "

I then asked for a timeline for management to sign off and I was told that it should take 2 working days to sign - off.

To date im still waiting for feedback and at no point did Naked give me an update until I put a request for an update.

Frustrated and without a freezer
