When contacting Naked Insurance, advise them that you have lost your phone and wish to submit a claim. They will respond via email, instructing you to lodge the claim through the Naked Insurance App. The claims process is notably lengthy and cumbersome, creating the impression that, despite paying premiums, clients are being assisted as though it were a discretionary favor rather than a contractual obligation.
