Naked - specifically Karabo and Michelle - assisted me with a claim following a recent break-in at my house. From the start communication was clear and they kept me up to date on what I needed to do and what was coming next. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, kind and very responsive, with any delays mainly coming from my side. My claim was resolved in about 10 business days without any issues - overall, a very positive experience during an otherwise unpleasant event. One suggestion - the app does ask if I managed to get a snapshot of the police report. I happened to reach out to Naked Support before I made the police report and the instructions didn't include any mention of taking a picture of the report. That said, there were no issues or delays from me not having a picture of the report, but if it does help out with claims I'd recommend adding it to the instructions - not something I thought of doing at the time.
