Claim rejected cz i changed my door a week after the house was burglarized

My claim was rejected siting no visible signs of violent entry. Despite the fact that I sent a video clearly explaining everything, i showed where they broke in etc. When i got the email i wasn’t surprised because through out the week they kept asking for things one by one, things that i sent so i could tell they were looking for an excuse, i sent everything when i claimed but the kept saying they want more, the last thing they asked for was proof that the door was broken almost a week later!!!! When i tell them that i replaced the door then its an issue.

If there was a zero star i would press it, but there isn’t. To think that my cars are insured with these people im scared, i better look for another insurance
