Claim rejected and canceled
What a bad experience from Naked Insurance, my very 1st claim after a year of being insured with them is rejected. I have never made any claims with them and I trusted them. Now they are claiming that they have no contract with me. And they canceled my cover. What a ****. I'm so disappointed

20 Mar 2025, 11:03This is just an excuse not to pay, you are only telling me this a year later of paying premiums, why didn't you say from the word go. This makes me sick coz I have insured my car with you guys as well, now I'm wondering what excuses are you going to say should I need to claim for my car. When I took the claim I submitted pics of my phone and you approved the claim, now when it's time to claim you are making excuses
