Claim Rejected
Claim Rejected because they cannot see force of entry. I have logged a claim on the 9th of February on the app of things that got ****** inside my apartment. They manage to still my work laptop, monitor, tv and my Apple Watch . Which I insured my home contents and my watch. The person managed to open my apartment, which I don’t know how and took those things. The is a CCTV footage which the estate policy doesn’t allow me to see it, due to people after seeing it they take the law into their own hands. I was advised that the CCTV footage will only be available to the police only which I did open a case. Naked has rejected my claim due to the wasn’t any forceful entry which doesn’t make sense to me at all.
