CLaim prolonged

Everyone must just be alert because this company invested so much in social media management and this is the only thing they know, of which it is not enough for a car insurance.

My claim is still hanging till now as i was involved in an accident in 17/12/2021. it took them a month just to appoint an assessor, unfortunately the car has been written off and again its taking two weeks to get settlement figures from the bank of which i have provided them with information they would need.

This is a developing story as im still in process of a claim. im approaching two months and how they are dragging their feet by just giving our confusing responses this still gonna prolong for the next few months.

Im dissapointed and gutted for life
