Claim on windscreen
I submitted a claim for a chip on my windscreen. Claims team got back to me the next day to say that my claim was valid. I had questions about repair vs replacement and the claims team got back to me within a few hours. Glass group came and replaced my windscreen, and they only took 30mins or so. Good experience overall.
