Claim on damaged laptop

Making a claim is a very sensitive process and sometimes misunderstandings can occur but patience and clear communication is key to getting your claim processed. There were times where i received only one email response in a day which was a bit frustrating but understanding that it was a process I had to be very patient as this claim took over a month going back and forth with the service provider but that ultimately led to my claim being successfully processed.
